Chiropractor
Dr. Christine Mangubat has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in chiropractic, athletic, and health-care settings. She is a board-certified chiropractor, Active Release Techniques® (ART) provider, and medical contemporary acupuncture provider.
Dr. Christine takes a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care, combining acupuncture, Active Release Technique (ART), and chiropractic adjustments to support effective, long-lasting results. She is passionate about working with athletes of all ages and across all sports, helping them heal, recover, optimize performance, and prevent future injuries.
She has a background in personal training and strength training, with a special interest in women’s health, longevity, brain health, and the importance of maintaining strength through the pre- and post-menopausal stages of life. Through chiropractic care and evidence-informed education, she empowers women with practical tools to support movement, energy, resilience, nervous-system health, and overall well-being. Her goal is to help women feel strong, active, and confident at every stage of life.
Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Christine earned her Kinesiology degree from the University of New Brunswick, where she also played varsity volleyball. She is a mother of two teenagers and enjoys travelling the world. When at home she enjoys being active outdoors whether it’s hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, swimming, skiing or playing golf. She is also fluent in French.
