Dr. Kaitlyn Richardson, ND, HBSc
Sports Medicine Naturopath & Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Dr. Kaitlyn has been involved in sports since a young age, and her passion for improving performance and preventing injuries is what drove her to pursue a career in the health field. She combines her extensive education with her athletic background to create individualized, holistic and evidence based treatment plans to get you feeling and performing at your best. Kaitlyn truly believes that our bodies are capable of healing themselves when we give them the tools that they need. She has a unique ability to analyze both the anatomical and physiological needs of each individual body through her combined education in naturopathy and osteopathic manipulative sciences.
Dr. Kaitlyn received her Honours Bachelor of Science from The University of Guelph, majoring in Biomedical Science. She obtained her degree in naturopathic medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and her masters in osteopathic manipulative sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She is registered in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and the Ontario Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Kaitlyn coaches at the national level and also has extensive experience with mental coaching and sports nutrition. In her spare time Kaitlyn can be found at the arena playing and coaching ringette, or participating in a variety of other recreational sports.
