QM 1 Warming Embrocation
Everyone knows a good warm up is essential to a great workout or ride. You would never dream of tackling an uphill climb without first prepping your legs for it. Sometimes, when the weather is just right (or just wrong, in this case), your muscles need a little help and boost to get warm and stay that way. The best solution to this problem is to apply a warming lotion, cream or other warming embrocation to the area you will be using in the workout.
The first level of heat is their QM 1. This warming lotion is considered mild and is perfect for cool weather conditions, typically below 75 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 degrees Celsius, or in wet conditions. This provides mild muscular heat with deep muscle penetration but keeps your skin cool. This can help with mild pain and should be kept away from your eyes.

QM 2 Warming Embrocation
The next level of heat is QM 2, and you’ve guessed it! It’s the Hot warming lotion. It has a higher concentration than the warm embrocation and is made from 100% natural vegan cream base and active essential oils. The hot warming lotion provides medium muscular heat with deep muscle penetration and is ideal for cold, wet conditions (below 59 degrees Fahrenheit).

QM 3 Warming Embrocation
The final level heat is the QM3 and is Extra Hot. This warming lotion is ideal for those really chilly days of less than 44 degrees Fahrenheit. This warming lotion offers high muscular heat with deep muscle penetration. Due to its high concentration (it is made from 100% natural vegan cream with active ingredients being 100% essential oils of capsicum, menthol and vitamin E), apply sparingly and be sure to avoid contact with your eyes.
