Charmi Yadav, PT
Physiotherapist
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain or trying to get back to the activities you love, Charmi takes a personalized, hands-on approach to helping you move better, feel stronger and return to doing what matters to you.
Charmi completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019 and has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative joint replacements and TMJ dysfunction. She works with patients at different stages of recovery — from managing pain and restoring mobility to rebuilding strength and returning to sport and everyday activity.
Charmi believes successful physiotherapy starts with understanding the person, not just the injury. She takes the time to learn about each patient’s symptoms, lifestyle, activity level and goals before developing a treatment plan tailored specifically to them. Her approach combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise and education to address the underlying issue while helping patients build strength and confidence in their recovery.
With additional training in TMJ treatment, Running Rehabilitation and Pelvic Health Level 1, Charmi also has a special interest in women’s health, including pre- and postpartum care. Depending on the patient and condition, she may incorporate techniques such as joint mobilization, IASTM, cupping and taping as part of treatment.
For Charmi, physiotherapy isn’t simply about treating an injury. It’s about helping patients regain mobility, strength, confidence and independence so they can get back to their work, workouts, sports and everyday lives.
