Dr. Oscar Caballero, DC, CAT(C)
Chiropractor & Athletic Therapist
Oscar is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He received his Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic therapy) from Sheridan college where he also received a certificate in Human Performance Training.
Throughout his studies, Oscar worked as personal trainer with a wide variety of clientele. Dr. Caballeror has experience working with a wide spectrum of patients, from elite athletes striving to optimize their performance to the aging population seeking to maintain their independence. Dr. Caballero believes that everyone is an athlete in their own right and uses an integrated therapy and training approach to get his patients back to doing what they love in the most efficient manner.
Oscar utilizes soft tissue therapy, joint manipulation and/or joint mobilizations, acupuncture, cupping, taping and exercise therapy to get his patients out of pain and back to sport, work or play.
When Oscar is not spending time with his wife, son and two dogs he can be found participating in a variety of fitness endeavours including Dragonboat, jogging, rollerblading, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and weightlifting.
Oscar is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.
