Karolina Sobota, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

Karolina is a firm believer that movement is mankind’s greatest gift. With a background as a Physiotherapist Assistant, Karolina has always noticed how people move and experienced the benefits of regular treatments by a variety of healthcare practitioners not only for herself but for her clients as well. While suffering a rib injury back in 2013 from playing rugby, she has found an importance and appreciation for rehabilitation.

After finishing at Georgian College Massage Therapy program, Karolina was able to see a clearer vision on why movement is so important – even better, how to move with a purpose. While in the program, Karolina was able to provide thorough assessments and therapy in multiple disciplines including Sport-based Rehab Clinics and Stroke Clinics

Karolina’s approach to treatment includes in-depth assessments and hands-on work.

Karolina has extensive hands-on experience working with various conditions and populations and has been able to:

  • Provide relief of muscle tightness caused by stress

  • Help reduce pain from arthritic and rheumatic conditions

  • Help promote relaxation to prenatal and postpartum women and infants

  • Help promote relaxation to patients suffering from chronic pain syndromes

  • Help shorten recovery time for injured children, youth and adult athletes

  • Relieve migraine headaches and other conditions

In her spare time you can find Karolina hiking, studying, being by the water, exploring new places with her friends and family and spending time with her 2 year old goddaughter.
